Service Types

Ascend has multiple service types available, and can custom fit nearly any request.

Project Based:

Project based engagements are more commonly know as Fixed Fee.  These engagements are based on the project requirements.

Hours Based:

Hours based engagements are typically Time and Materials projects, or Volume Purchase options for a block of hours.

Assessments:

Multiple Assessment options are available including Citrix Apps and Desktop, ADC (NetScaler), Horizon View, and Active Directory.

Managed Services:

Managed Service offerings include several options, including our EUC Managed Service “Light” edition and Technical Architect as a Service.
